UK book designer, Steve Leard, has recently launched a wonderful book design podcast called Cover Meeting. So far the 3 episodes have been very insightful and engaging and have featured legendary book designers like David Pearson, Micaela Alcaino, James Jones (All working in the UK), and Zoe Norvell (US).

Topics discussed range from working freelance, finding inspiration, career trajectory, and how things have changed in the industry and what can be done better.
